Dr. James Seferis, our founder, chairman and CEO, has left the University of Washington and established GloCal Network Corporation (GLOCAL) in the U. S. and Academy for GloCal Processes (AGLOCALP), a non-profit Association in Tokyo Japan, to augment his work in a teaming environment from a Profit, Government and Non (non-profit or non-government) (PGN) platform.Dr. Seferis directs the work of 15 professsionals through six for-profit and four nonprofit organizations in six countries. He is the Founder and Manager of a unique Venture Capital Fund established in Greece.
Dr. Chris Velisaris is Vice-President, Director and CFO of GloCal Network Corporation and GloCal Systems Management that manages the GloCal Investment Ventures Enterprise(G.I.V.E) Fund. Dr. Velisaris also coordinates industry, university, government collaborations and teams worldwide through our profit/non-profit network. He is also the Research Manager of Polymeric Composites Laboratory.
Dr. Vassilis Drakonakis has just obtained his Ph.D from University of Texas at Arlington and continues performing research at Polymeric Composites Laboratory. He is being supported by the Greek nonprofit organization Archimedes, Center for Innovation and Creation to coordinate activities of the Polymeric Composites Laboratory as part of GloCal Network Corporation and F.R.E.E.D.O.M. since November 2007. He graduated from the Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering Dept of University of Patras and he was firstly admitted as a Ph.D candidate to the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering of University of Cyprus and later on to the Industrial Manufacturing and Systems Engineering Dept of University of Texas at Arlington for finishing up his doctorate, at the same time he was also a visting graduate student in Aeronautics and Astronautics Dept at MIT from 12/2008 to 09/2010.

Aris Sfakianakis is currently performing his Ph.D research at GloCal Network Corporation. He is being supported by the Greek nonprofit organization Archimedes, Center for Innovation and Creation to coordinate activities of the Polymeric Composites Laboratory as part of GloCal Network Corporation and F.R.E.E.D.O.M. He graduated from the Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering Dept of University of Patras, where he also continues his studies as a Ph.D candidate. He is also an intern in the national Center for Scientific Research in Greece, "Demokritos".
Kazui Takahashi-Jimenez is the GloCal/F.R.E.E.D.O.M and G.I.V.E/GSM Administrative Assistant at the Seattle Office and is also our Liason to the AGLOCALP non-profit organization in Japan for Development and Education.
